Return and Refund Policy

 

At Kyng of Bling, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates of authenticity included.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Return Process:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at info@kyngofbling.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all materials. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the return package using a trackable and insured shipping method to the address provided.


Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
